Your name and email address may be collected if you choose to contact me through my website. Only I, the owner of Gemma Allcock Art, will see this information and is only used to contact you about questions or queries you may have or if you have commissioned an artwork.
Payments on my website are processed through Wix. They collect information from you including your name, email address, phone number, home address and credit/debit card details. This information is processed directly through Wix. For more information I strongly advise visiting their privacy policy. I never see your credit/debit card information at Gemma Allcock Art. I collect only your name and address to use for shipping instructions for the products you have purchased. I may collect your email address and telephone number when provided through checkout, but I will never use or store these for any reason other than contacting you about a query or purchase. Your information is never shared or sold to any other third party other than Wix. I am not legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third-party gains unauthorised access to any information that you provide to Wix.
Your name, home address and email address are collected by me for shipping purposes and given to Royal Mail for shipping. This is only to be used for the purpose of shipping any products you have purchased. For information on how Royal mail uses your personal data I advise looking at their privacy policy.

Wix collects this data, and never shares your credit/debit card information with me. Your personal information is never collected from Gemma Allcock Art without you providing it. For shipping purposes I may ask for your name, email address, home address and telephone number, I may ask for these directly or collect it by Wix if you have provided this information in the checkout stages. I will only use this information for shipping purposes and not collect it or store it for any other purpose other than shipping your products or for record keeping. I would never share this information with any other parties.
Your personal information including your full name, address and email address will be collected from you and stored if you create an account on my website . This information can be seen by only me, however I will not use it for any purpose. It is only there for you to have a faster checkout experience, and to view your previous purchases from me. This information is only collected if you actively make an account on my website and fill in your details.
Your email address will be collected if you sign up to receive newsletters on my website, this will only be collected if you sign up.

Your name, email address and address is only stored if we are in the process of a commission to only be used to contact you with information about the commission. Gemma Allcock Art never collects or stores your credit/debit card details, but may be by Wix who collect this data during the checkout stage. I strongly advise you visit their privacy policy notice to find out how they use and store your details, you can find this on their site. When you complete a transaction you will be provided with an Invoice/Receipt; a copy of this will be stored for record keeping only. The receipts contain your name and home address. These are stored safely in paper form and digital form and will never be seen by anyone other than me or if HMRC request to see them. This data will never be used for anything other than record keeping. They do not contain your credit/debit card details, only that it was a card transaction. You can see what details are stored as you will receive an exact copy of the receipt. These receipts are stored for 5 years and then destroyed. Royal Mail may store your information that I provide to them for shipping purposes; this includes your name, email address, phone number and home address. I advise visiting their privacy policy found on the Royal mail site.
This information can be permanently deleted if you unsubscribe from my email list, or if you contact me and request me to do so.
